Types

Engine
Clark electrically-powered forklift trucks operate on AC battery cells, either 36 volt or 48 volt. The internal combustible engine types have 52 to 100 horsepower engines. The IC or Internal Combustion types have automatic transmission with three-speed, two-speed and single-speed kinds.
Frame/Cab
The center of the forklift is the frame/cab assembly. This consists of the operator's overhead protective cover, the controls and the seat. The frame consist of the fuel tank, engine, trans-axle, wheels and transmission.
