Dressta’s Precision Machines
Dressta’s success is largely due to creating dependable equipment that meet extensive standards while offering world-class technical support and competitive pricing. Dressta specializes in crawl dozers, pipelayers, belt shifters and crawler loaders. The Cummins engines supply power to the Dressta dozers and meet EU emissions requirements. There is a Direct Drive powertrain to lessen overheating risks and be workable within humid environments.
The cabins provide efficient air conditioning and heating systems and panoramic vision to ensure complete operator comfort during dusty and hot applications. Cabs are sealed to suppress sound and allow the operators to work at optimum performance levels. The operator enjoys maximum control thanks to the hydraulic systems to offer superior joystick maneuverability and clamp positioning precision while radial, parallel and combined operations are in effect.
Equipment Customization
Dressta equipment is completely customizable with a specific team of engineers to modify standard equipment, create new designs and improve attachment performance for certain applications. A variety of special feature packages are available.
Arctic Package
One of the popular Special Feature Requests for Dressta machines is the Arctic Package that allows the machine to work at maximum capacity during colder climate applications. Some of the popular Arctic Package items include reinforced blades, push arms for dozers, ripper shanks, extra lighting for blizzard visibility, steering levers that can handle thicker gloves, fuel heating, arctic cabs, oil heaters, a pre-heating system for the engine and cab heating.
Application Customization
Stockpile
The stockpile compaction feature package has been created for Dressta’s crawler dozer series to manage job situations that include sloped locations that are often unstable. A reinforced Dressta steel drum is one of the main pieces of equipment for the SFR equipment complete with a winch line attachment consisting of brackets connecting to the drum. The line is prevented from touching the slope face thanks to the tensioning system. A precision line guide and cleaning system are in place.
Fire Tractor Dozers
This range of tractor dozers are ideal machines for preventing, cleaning up and containing forest fires. These dozers are working around falling trees, heavy ash, dirt, airborne sand and burning sap. The fire crews rely on the dozers to remove combustible material, cut path and clear fire lines. Fire suppression equipment includes external sensors, nozzles and an onboard control unit.
Operator and machine safety is further enhanced by metallic fire curtains, sweeps, mesh and steel screen and guards to help prevent damage in this dangerous work environment. Special fire-resistant sheeting keeps the electrical components safe within the tractors and reinforced guards protect the hydraulic cylinders and the hoses. Bush blades, fire plows and winches are some of the other fire-tackling attachment available. A direct drive powertrain prevents overheating along with cooling modules for the charge air, powertrain and radiator.
Belt Shifting
Mining operations utilize conveyor belts to transport minerals and debris from the seam to reprocessing locations. The Dressta model SB-85 is useful for realigning and repositioning conveyor belts. This model can be used to shift railway tracks with a belt width up to 2500mm or is equally useful in confined spaces. Its high ground clearance keeps it mobile along difficult terrain.
Dozer Line
Difficult terrain is not an issue with Dressta’s complete line of hard-working and efficient machines. These machines feature shock-absorbing undercarriages, superior stability for rough environments, special coal blades and have been designed to handle 24/7 coal handling operations from power generation to steel production. Special features such as customizable track shoes, ripper and blade configurations, excellent steering and precise traction greatly enhance productivity while minimizing downtime.
The Turbine Type Precleaner removes coal dust from the air to prolong filter efficiency and economy and engine lifespan. Tested to successfully operate for more than 4000 coal hours applications in a year, it is easy to see why Dressta continues to be a global leader.
Construction & Material Handling
Construction jobs need reliable equipment to maintain productivity and safety while meeting strict deadlines. There is the ideal Dressta machine available to complete your loading, ripping, lifting, construction and dozing jobs.
Forestry
2. Different forestry applications rely on SFRs to enhance different modifications to complete the demands of this difficult working environment. Some of the most popular SFRs include auxiliary hydraulics, winches, protective guarding, reversible cooling fan, cyclonic air filtration, a reversible cooling fan and a fire suppression system.
This variety of specialty forestry attachments make many jobs much easier, safer and more productive. There is a perfect Dressta machine for every application including loading, transport, pushing logs, towing and cutting applications.
Foundry
Operator safety needs to be maintained during hot conditions to maintain superior safety. There are SFRs to facilitate safe working conditions including the double-glazing hinge windshield for keeping safety the utmost priority when working with hot slag and other dangerous materials. There is also a special air-cleaning system to filter dust and debris prior to the air reaching the operator cab.
Dressta Wheel Loader Feature Benefits
There are a variety of Dressta Wheel Loaders benefits for helping the machine handle extreme temperatures and environments including mounted wheel chains, reinforced cabs with ROPS, insulated hoses for extra heat protection, chopper and Padfoot wheel configurations, reinforced attachments and buckets capable of handling hot items, Z-bar linkage and self-cleaning track shoes to stop the undercarriage from clogging.
Landscaping
The landscaping wheel loaders and compact crawler dozers can push, lift, transport and dig sod and plants with simplicity. Two-speed steering monitors front and back track power to provide maximum maneuverability. Popular attachments include:
• Drills
• Hammers
• Multipurpose buckets (with or without teeth)
• Backhoe attachments
• Reinforced Blades & More
Mining & Quarry
Dressta equipment is made to withstand the most challenging environments such as sub-zero conditions and strong tropical heat. Numerous open-pit mining jobs such as building and maintaining roads, ripping materials, removing overburden, stockpile management and much more can be completed with the Dressta line. There are a variety of Dressta dozers and wheel loader features to complete quarry resources and extraction including lubrication, telematics and pay-scale systems, high tip buckets, automatic greasing and blog or slab forks.
Pipe Laying
Pipe laying jobs can be conducted with Dressta machines thanks to their combined stability and low ground pressure. There are extended counterweights that are retracted with hydraulics to keep the machine running smoothly and securely on difficult terrain. This difficult job is completed with the strength of steel booms, steel hooks and strong box sections forged from the best materials to maintain operator safety.
Ship Trimming
Dressta dozers simplify ship trimming operations as they are lowered into the ship to square the hatch off and trim the bulk in order for wharf grabs to enjoy maximum productivity. A special, two-way blade can facilitate pulling and pushing items at the same time to simplify grain, fertilizer and agricultural job requirements. Some of the most popular SFR items for ship trimming include a cyclonic air cleaner, spark arrest muffler, lifting and craning points, self-cleaning track shoes, a reversible fan and fire suppression.
Specialty ring sprockets enable even wear and tear over track bushings, making them easy to replace without taking the track frames apart. A patented seal assembly with the Lubricated Track System stops bushing and pin wear. The dozer’s split master link dramatically lessons chain installation and removal time.
Tire Manipulator
Tire handling is simplified with Dressta’s wheel loader range. Changing, installing and manipulating tires on heavy equipment is much safer with the tire manipulator. Dressta machines combine excellent design features and precise control to create the ultimate line of reliable equipment ideal for a variety of applications. Frame stresses are easily dissipated with the combination of upper and lower hinge pins spaced widely to enhance the safety and value of the equipment.
